9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legal provisions, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email to the following address: contact@sora-beaute.com, clearly stating their order number. Customer service will explain the procedure to follow.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal – Opened products

In accordance with Article L.221-28, 5° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed after delivery, when they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

As such, Sôra products, and particularly massage devices, cannot be refunded if they have been opened, used or unsealed, for reasons of hygiene and safety.

The product must be returned in new, complete, unused, and resalable condition, in its intact and unopened original packaging.

In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods unsealed by the Customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Thus, any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used—particularly products in direct contact with the skin—cannot be returned or refunded.

Return procedures

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The product must be returned in new, complete, and resalable condition.

If the return complies with the above conditions, the refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the receipt and verification of the returned product, via the same payment method used for the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method.

These conditions are valid for all of Europe.

10. Guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
