Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between the company SORA BUSINESS LLC, operating the commercial brand Sôra (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller" or "we"), and any person visiting or making a purchase via the website www.sora-beaute.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer" or "you").

Their purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of online sales of products offered on the website www.sora-beaute.com.

2. Purpose

These GTC govern all product sales made via the website www.sora-beaute.com, whether the buyer is a consumer or a professional, in accordance with French law.

3. Acceptance of conditions

Any order placed on the website implies full, complete and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The Customer acknowledges having read them before validating their order and waives the right to rely on any contradictory document.

4. Products

The products offered are those listed on the website www.sora-beaute.com, within the limits of available stock. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description allowing the Customer to understand its essential characteristics.

5. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect on the day of the order.

6. Order

Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of the GTC and acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge thereof. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason, particularly in case of suspected fraud, payment default or unusually high order.

7. Payment methods

Payment is due immediately upon order. Accepted payment methods include: credit card, PayPal and other secure solutions offered on the website.

8. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order. Average delivery times are 6 to 10 working days. In accordance with article L.216-4 of the Consumer Code, the Seller remains responsible for delivery until the effective handover of the product.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email to the following address: contact@sora-beaute.com, clearly indicating their order number.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal – Opened products

In accordance with article L.221-28, 5° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed after delivery, when they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

As such, Sôra products, and particularly massage devices, cannot be refunded if they have been opened, used or unsealed, for reasons of hygiene and safety.

The product must be returned in new condition, complete, unused and suitable for resale, in its original intact and unsealed packaging.

In accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods unsealed by the Customer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Thus, any product opened, unsealed or used — particularly products in direct contact with the skin — cannot be returned or refunded.

Return procedures

Return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The product must be returned in new, complete and resalable condition.

In case of return compliant with the above conditions, reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from receipt and verification of the returned product, via the same payment method as that used during the order, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method.

10. Warranties

Products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided for in articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as well as the warranty against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

11. Liability

The Seller is obliged to deliver a product conforming to the contract. Its liability cannot be engaged in case of improper use of the product, force majeure or an unforeseeable act of a third party.

12. Intellectual property

All elements of the website www.sora-beaute.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

13. Personal data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

14. Dispute resolution

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the Customer may resort to a consumer mediator in accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

15. Modification of GTC

The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.

Acceptance of these GTC constitutes acknowledgment of all pre-contractual information provided for in article L.221-5 of the Consumer Code.
